Leadership Assets is an international boutique consultancy. We closely partner with our clients from the private, public and non-profit sectors to help them build and strengthen their leadership capabilities and transform their organizations. We founded Leadership Assets in 2009, equipped with a wide spectrum of management and leadership experience with and in global organizations. We have both worked across geographies and industries with clients of diverse nationalities and cultures.

Our experience as leaders and service providers helped us understand that building and developing leadership talent, strong teams and a performance-minded culture are some of the most burning business issues in organizations. In today's fast-paced market environment excellence in learning and development is in fact the major driver of value.
