We co-design all learning programs with our clients to ensure the best possible fit with the strategic context and the specific capability needs. With customized learning modules we provide the opportunity to develop coaching capabilities at three distinct levels:
Level 1
Critical coaching skills for managers, who are newly appointed into roles with leadership responsibility or promoted into roles with extended leadership responsibilities. This module puts an emphasis on the fundamentals of coaching style.
Level 2
For leaders who want to complete and refine their leadership repertoire and further their capabilities in self-awareness and self–management.
Level 3
For experienced leaders who want to improve their understanding of team dynamics and become more effective in leading teams. Central to this module is a systemic perspective on organizations and teams that enables leaders to better deal with ambiguous and complex situations.
All our learning programs are facilitated by experienced business coaches who have been in leadership roles themselves.
