TeamInsights draws on face-to-face interviews with relevant stakeholders – i.e. team members, members of other teams, senior management, the team’s internal and external customers and suppliers. The method is efficient and reflects all the relevant factors that determine team effectiveness. The underlying item set can be adjusted to a client’s individual requirements, which makes the tool applicable to all types of teams. The method allows for in-depth exploration and the respective report provides the platform for suitable team development initiatives.
