For over fifteen years, following a successful career in marketing management of FMCG blue chips like Kellogg CompanyBahlsen and Coca-Cola, Svenja has been a business coach and trainer with a strong focus on executive and team coaching as well as on coach training and organizational culture transformation. She works with individual executives and leadership teams of companies, international organizations and government agencies. 

Before starting up Leadership Assets Svenja worked as a partner with Change Partners, Johannesburg, a major leadership development firm in South Africa and a member of The Global Coaching Partnership (TGCP).

Svenja is trained in systemic family therapy and systemic coaching. Apart from her Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Development (Coaching) of Middlesex University she is certified as EIA Master Practicioner and as coach assessor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and as Chartered Business Coach(ChBC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). She is also a select member of WABC’s Ethics and Integrity Committee and International Professional Standards Task Force

Svenja is fluent in English and German and proficient in French.



Before joining forces with Svenja Wachter in 2009, Wolfgang advised private and institutional investors in the consumer and retail sector. Prior to that, over a period of twenty years, he held a number of senior management positions with major consumer brand companies across various industries and geographies.

Based on his broad leadership experience Wolfgang advises clients in the areas of organizational culture transformation, coach-pool services, diagnostics and performance management.

Wolfgang holds a degree in business administration from European Business School and is trained in systemic consulting and coaching as well as in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).

Wolfgang is fluent German and English and proficient in French and Spanish.
